  In the recent period we have started cooperation with the company LLR (Long Life Raumen), developing, constructing, producing and installing their different patented broaching machine constructions. The first patent is based on a 100% fixation of the needle, which is clamped on both sides instead of only one, resulting in a much better fixation - resulting again in a considerable increase of life time, up to 10 times or more.

  The second patent is based on a back-run construction, making it possible to reduce broaching lengths to 50%, enabling machines to be mounted directly on the workflow. This saves money, and does increase flexibility of usage of the workflow.
